The construction associated with temple aimed at Laxmi Narayana
started in 1933, built by philanthropist and industrialist,
Baldeo Das Birla and his son Jugal Kishore Birla for the
Birla household, thus, the temple can also be known as Birla Temple.
The building blocks stone associated with temple had been laid by
Jat Maharaj Udaybhanu Singh.
The temple ended up being built under guidance of
Pandit Vishwanath Shastri.
The concluding yagna and service were carried out by Swami
Keshavanandji.
